In 2018 she graduated from Eckerd College with a BA in Psychology and BA in Human Development with emphasis in Clinical Psychology and Leadership. From there, Amanda served the St. Petersburg community by volunteering at Pet Pal Animal Shelter in the cat room, and working as a Social Worker for foster kids until her transition to Real Estate in 2020.
